Serie A giants AC Milan have signed young Austrian striker Philipp Prosenik from Chelsea, the Italian club confirmed today.
Simon Padoin has completed a move to Juventus. The club has reached an agreement with Atalanta for the midfielder’s permanent switch to Turin. The 27-year-old has signed on a five-year deal.

Also in the Bundesliga North Korean international and Bochum striker Jong Tae-Se has joined Cologne. Jong`s signng will help Cologne, as influential striker Lukas Podolski will be out of action due to a ligament injury.

Philippe Coutinho moves to Espanyol on loan
First movement in Spain on transfer deadline day as Epanyol sign Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho on loan from Inter Milan for the remainder of La Liga season.
Polish international Ariel Borysiuk has signed for Bundesliga side Kaiserslautern from Legia Warsaw for an undisclosed fee. The 21-year-old defensive midfielder also took a medical with Jupiler League Club Brugge, before finally accepting Kaiserslautern’s offer. Another move in the German Bundesliga sees Croatian Ivan Santini join Freiburg on loan from NK Zadar.
A Premier League switch with Sunderland signing Manchester City left back Wayne Bridge on loan until the end of of the season.

Ligue 1 side Lorient have signed defensive midfielder Abdou Sissoko on loan from Italian side Udinese.
Meanwhile also in Italy, Sulley Muntari has joined AC Milan on loan from rivals Inter until the end of the season. The deal was supposed to be done on a free transfer at the end of the season but will now happen in January, the Rossoneri confirmed.
Spanish midfielder Victor Sanchez has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Espanyol. The 24-year-old had been out of contract following Neuchatel‘s decision to release all their players after the club had its playing license revoked by the Swiss Football League.

Tunisian striker Issam Jemaa has joined Brest on loan from Ligue 1 rivals Auxerre, the 28-year-old arrived at Auxerre last summer, having scored 20 goals in 116 matches for Lens, but has made just four league starts for Laurent Fournier’s relegation-threatened side this season.
Bolton have completed the loan signing of Japenese winger Ryo Miyaichi from Arsenal for the remainder of the Premiership season.
QPR have confirmed the signing of Lazio strikerDjibril Cisse on a two-and-a-half year deal, for an undisclosed fee, which sources believe to be in the region of £4m.
QPR manager Mark Hughes has been talking to his club’s official website about new signing Djibril Cisse:
“I’ve watched him for many years and always been impressed by what he brings to the table. He’s got great pace, power and movement and that’s something we will hopefully benefit from. His goal record is there for everyone to see. He was desperate to come here once we showed our interest in him and we can’t wait to get the best out of him.”
Inter Milan have completed the signing of Fredy Guarin from Liga Sagres side Porto. It is believed the Italian giants will pay an initial €1.5 million to take the midfielder on loan until the end of the season with a view to signing the player on a permanent transfer in June for €11m.
Benfica‘s versatile Portuguese midfielder Ruben Amorim has joined Braga on loan for the next 18 months.
Liam Ridgewell makes move back to Premier League with WBA.
West Bromwich Albion confirm the signing of Liam Ridgewell from cross city rivals, Birmingham City on a two-and-a-half year deal for an undisclosed fee. He will link up at the Hawthorns with goalkeeper Ben Foster, who is on loan from the Blues.
Stoke City youngster Ben Marshall has signed for Championship side Leicester City on a three and a half year deal thought to worth around £1 million.
Serie A leaders Juventus have been busy on transfer deadline day confirming the signings of midfielder Simone Padoin from Atalanta in a €5million deal, while also confirming they have concluded a deal for Ajax‘s young midfielder Ouasim Bouy.
Also in Serie A, Roma have confirmed the on loan signing of Fluminense midfielder Marquinho until the end of the season.
Inter Milan have announced the signing of Sampdoria captain Angelo Palombo on a six-month loan deal, with view to make the transfer permanent in the summer.
